I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can be your authentic self. By exploring the different “parts” and identities we carry, we can create change by understanding, accepting, and healing these parts. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you on your journey. My approach is trauma-informed, empowering, and strengths-based.

I primarily work with individuals and couples with experience working with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, depression, OCD, and family dynamics. I am also passionate about providing sex therapy and education.
